Customers pay return postage for fit or preference returns; there is no restocking or refund-processing fee. Approved refunds go to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. - 30-day return requests: For purchases made on or after October 14, 2026, eligible non-personalized clothing, footwear, bags and accessories may be returned for fit, size choice, color choice or change of mind. This includes our standard printed and made-to-order designs. Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition and postage: Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags when supplied and all parts and accessories included. A brief, careful try-on indoors is acceptable. Customers purchase their own tracked return postage for fit or preference returns. There is no restocking or refund-processing fee.
- Return instructions: Contact us before mailing a return. Ship it within 7 calendar days after receiving our instructions. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; we do not offer direct exchanges.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. Confirmed qualifying issues are resolved at no additional cost. If a return is required, we provide prepaid return shipping.

- Order changes: Please request changes or cancellation within 2 hours. Requests are not guaranteed and cannot be made after production or fulfillment begins.
