Welcome to The Art of Becoming. The Art of Becoming is operated by Prayers From My Heart LLC. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Prayers From My Heart LLC, doing business as The Art of Becoming.

We operate this store and website, including its information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide our customers with a thoughtfully curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate representations and descriptions of our products and services. However, colors and product appearance may differ from what you see on your screen because of differences in devices, displays, settings, lighting, materials, and production processes.

We do not guarantee that the appearance of a product will be identical to a digital image, rendering, or mockup displayed in our online store. Reasonable variations in color, scale, placement, texture, and other characteristics may occur.

Product descriptions may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Many products offered by The Art of Becoming are made to order by carefully selected production partners. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that production may begin soon after your order is submitted. Once production begins, an order cannot be canceled or changed.

Reasonable variations in color, print placement, and appearance may occur during production. Product materials, measurements, size information, care instructions, production estimates, and other disclosures shown on the applicable product page form part of your purchase agreement.

Please review all product information and sizing guidance carefully before placing an order. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Art of Becoming reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until The Art of Becoming confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products are made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order has been accepted or entered production.

If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or telephone number provided with the order.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs charges, or import charges.

Prices displayed in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores or in stores operated by third parties. We may occasionally offer promotions governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If a conflict exists between the terms of a specific promotion and these Terms, the terms of that promotion will govern.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information. You agree to promptly update information, including your email address and payment details, so we can complete transactions and contact you when necessary.

The payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete.
You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
You will pay the posted price and any applicable shipping, handling, and tax charges.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Many of our products are made especially for you after an order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping time. All stated production and delivery periods are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs processing, production interruptions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control. We will nevertheless communicate known delays and assist customers with qualifying missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Products from the same order may be produced by different fulfillment partners and delivered in separate packages. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional production or shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including our trademarks, brand elements, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, designs, selections, and arrangements, are owned by Prayers From My Heart LLC, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual-property laws.

The names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans belonging to Prayers From My Heart LLC or The Art of Becoming may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify’s names, logos, products, services, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, products, services, designs, and slogans displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We may not monitor or control these tools.

The Art of Becoming is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with The Art of Becoming.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and The Art of Becoming, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from products purchased through our store. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with The Art of Becoming.

Occasionally, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, production times, or availability.

Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel affected orders when information is materially inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

If we cancel a paid order because of an error, inaccuracy, or omission, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order to the original payment method.

You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not access or use the Services, directly or indirectly:

Spam, phish, pharm, scrape, or pretext the Services.
Use robots, spiders, scraping systems, data-extraction tools, automated devices, artificial-intelligence agents, or unauthorized manual processes to access the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably determine that these Terms have been violated.

14.4 Agents must:

We may terminate this agreement or suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, when reasonably permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You will remain responsible for amounts properly due through the effective date of termination.

The following sections will survive termination to the extent applicable: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

We do not guarantee that access to the Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions limit or prohibit the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prayers From My Heart LLC, doing business as The Art of Becoming, and its partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages, whether arising under contract, tort, including negligence, strict liability, or another legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, these limitations also apply to claims relating to errors or omissions in content and losses arising from content or products posted, transmitted, sold, or otherwise made available through the Services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim. Failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless the delay materially prejudices your ability to respond.

We may control the defense and settlement of an indemnifiable claim at our expense or as otherwise permitted by law. We will not agree to a settlement requiring you to undertake nonmonetary obligations without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense of such claims, including by providing relevant information and documents.

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will nevertheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The unenforceable portion will be considered severed from these Terms. Such a determination will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the policies and operating rules posted through the Services, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us regarding your use of the Services. They supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals concerning the Services, whether oral or written, including earlier versions of these Terms.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms will not automatically be construed against the party responsible for drafting them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Prayers From My Heart LLC consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
