Final sale for scent preference or change of mind. Candles cannot be returned for ordinary preference changes. Please review the fragrance notes and jar dimensions before ordering.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect item? Contact us promptly, preferably within 14 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and photos. Confirmed qualifying issues are resolved at no additional cost; we provide prepaid postage if a return is needed. Please contact us before mailing anything back.

30-day return requests: For purchases made on or after October 14, 2026, eligible non-personalized clothing, footwear, bags and accessories may be returned for fit, size choice, color choice or change of mind. This includes our standard printed and made-to-order designs. Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Condition and postage: Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags when supplied and all parts and accessories included. A brief, careful try-on indoors is acceptable. Customers purchase their own tracked return postage for fit or preference returns. There is no restocking or refund-processing fee.
Return instructions: Contact us before mailing a return. Ship it within 7 calendar days after receiving our instructions. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; we do not offer direct exchanges.
