Care

Dry cleaning is suitable. For home washing, the maker specifies cold water with 1/4 cup vinegar and 2 teaspoons salt in a full-water cycle (not an eco cycle). Hang to dry or use a delicate drying setting. Iron on the silk setting. Avoid bleach.

30-day return requests. Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags when supplied and all parts and accessories included. A careful indoor try-on is welcome.

You pay return postage for fit or preference returns. No restocking or refund-processing fee. Contact us before mailing, then ship within 7 calendar days of receiving our instructions. Approved refunds go to your original payment method after inspection. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect item? Contact us promptly, preferably within 14 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and photos. Confirmed qualifying issues are resolved at no additional cost; we provide prepaid postage if a return is needed. Please contact us before mailing anything back.
