How to compare: Lay a similar hoodie flat. Measure straight across the chest about 1 inch below the armholes, then measure from the highest point of the shoulder beside the neckline to the bottom hem. Compare both measurements with the chart; the width is not a measurement around your body.

30-day return requests: For purchases made on or after October 14, 2026, this standard made-to-order design is eligible for fit, size-choice, color-choice, or change-of-mind returns. Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. The hoodie must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached when supplied; a careful try-on indoors is acceptable. Customers pay return postage for fit or preference returns. No restocking fee. Approved refunds go to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. For damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or materially not-as-described items, contact us before mailing anything back; confirmed issues are resolved at no additional cost. - 30-day return requests: For purchases made on or after October 14, 2026, eligible non-personalized clothing, footwear, bags and accessories may be returned for fit, size choice, color choice or change of mind. This includes our standard printed and made-to-order designs. Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition and postage: Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags when supplied and all parts and accessories included. A brief, careful try-on indoors is acceptable. Customers purchase their own tracked return postage for fit or preference returns. There is no restocking or refund-processing fee.
- Return instructions: Contact us before mailing a return. Ship it within 7 calendar days after receiving our instructions. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; we do not offer direct exchanges.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. Confirmed qualifying issues are resolved at no additional cost. If a return is required, we provide prepaid return shipping.

- Order changes: Please request changes or cancellation within 2 hours. Requests are not guaranteed and cannot be made after production or fulfillment begins.
